CINE respects the privacy of it’s users and is committed to protect it in all respects. Access to and use of this site (“CINE.pk”) is provided by the Bennett Coleman & Co. Limited through its television division CINE (“CINE”) subject to the following terms and Conditions: By using the site you agree to be legally bound by these terms, which shall take effect immediately on your first use of CINE.pk . If you do not agree to be legally bound by all the following terms please do not access and/or use.

CINE has taken great pains to ensure accuracy of information that is contained in this site and it reserves the rights to make changes in the information, programs, policies, products and services described in CINE.pk at any time without notice. Please review these terms regularly to ensure you are aware of any changes made by CINE. Your continued use of CINE.pk after changes are posted means you agree to be legally bound by these terms as updated and/or amended. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, download, post, broadcast, transmit, make available to the public, or otherwise use CINE.pk content in any way except for your own personal, non-commercial use. Prohibited activities includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any person, transmitting obscene or offensive content or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within CINE.pk Under no circumstances will CINE be liable for any of the following losses or damage (whether such losses where foreseen, foreseeable, known or otherwise): (a) loss of data; (b) loss of revenue or anticipated profits; (c) loss of business; (d) loss of opportunity; (e) loss of goodwill or injury to reputation; (f) losses suffered by third parties; or (g) any indirect, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising from the use of CINE.pk regardless of the form of action. CINE does not warrant that functions contained in CINE.pk content will be uninterrupted or error free, that defects will be corrected, or that CINE.pk or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or bugs.
Individual Registration, Access and exchange of Information:

For certain services such as web pages, contests and accessing data, registration might be required. By registering, you agree to the following terms in addition to any other specific terms which shall be posted at an appropriate location of the Site. Each registration is for a single individual user only. To access these services, you will be asked to enter your individual User Name and Password. Therefore, we do not permit any of the following:-
1. Any other person sharing your User Name and Password
2. Any part of the Site being cached in proxy servers and accessed by individuals who have not registered with CINE as users of the Site
3. Access through a single User Name and Password being made available to multiple users on a network. If we reasonably believe that a User Name and Password are being used in any of these ways, we reserve the right to cancel access rights immediately without notice, and block access to all users from that IP address.

All information, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages or other materials, whether publicly or privately transmitted/posted, is the sole responsibility of the person from where such content originated. You shall be solely responsible for all content that you upload, post or otherwise transmit. CINE does not control the content posted via chat and other community services and, as such, does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of such content. You understand that by using such services, you may be exposed to objectionable matter. Under no circumstances will CINE be liable in any way for any content, including, but not limited to, for any errors or omissions in any content, or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, uploaded on this site.

You may also not indulge in cyber stalking become or create a nuisance for any person. You may not send, submit, post, or otherwise transmit, messages or material that contain software virus, or any other files that are designed to interrupt, destroy, and negatively affect in any manner whatsoever, any electronic equipment in connection with the use of this site, or other user’s ability to engage in real time exchanges.
CINE shall at its sole discretion terminate your account without any prior notice for any violation of the Terms of Use. Intellectual Property:
Nothing contained in these terms shall be construed as conferring by implication, estoppel or otherwise any licence or right to use any trademark, patent, design right or copyright of CINE, or any other third party without the express written permission.

Contributions to CINE.pk

Where you are invited to submit any contribution(s) to CINE.pk (including any text, photographs, graphics, video, personal information including contact particulars information etc.) you agree, by submitting your contribution, to grant CINE a perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sub-licenseable right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, play, make available to the public, and exercise all copyright and publicity rights with respect to your contribution worldwide and/or to incorporate your contribution in other works in any media, means and technology now known or later developed for the full term of any rights that may exist in your contribution. If you do not want to grant to CINE the rights set out above, please do not submit your contribution to CINE.pk. Further, by submitting your contribution to CINE.pk, you:
a.) warrant that your contribution is your own original work and that you have the right to make it available to CINE for all the purposes specified above;
b.) is not defamatory; and
c.) does not infringe any law; and
d.) you indemnify CINE and/or its directors and officers in perpetuity against all legal fees, cost, damages and other expenses that may be incurred by CINE as a result of your breach of the above warranty; and
e.) waive any moral rights in your contribution for the purposes of its submission to and publication on CINE.pk and the purposes specified above.
If any of these terms are determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable by reason of the laws of any state or country in which these terms are intended to be effective, then to the extent and within the jurisdiction in which that term is illegal, invalid or unenforceable, it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and the remaining terms shall survive, remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.

CINE reserves right to amend, modify, without any notice, terms and conditions (including privacy policy) or technology regarding access and use of website, or any other technology of the like nature which shall be developed in the future as provided by CINE.

Force Majeure

CINE shall have no liability to you for any interruption or delay in access to the Site irrespective of the cause.
